Last Friday I was pleased to join the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) and Louay Habib for the third episode of their lockdown series "Time Over Distance". I covered the planning and execution of sailing related goals and then some tips on sailboat racing.
Very nice feedback from many people over the weekend, including many old friends from all over the world. What a great sport we are involved in!
This version of the video is a little different to version I shared on my personal page, as it has an added bit at the end. It is a look at the 2010 Etchells Worlds in Howth, Ireland that I was lucky enough to sail in with America's Cup winners John Bertrand and Tom Slingsby.
The last part of that video has a nice interview onboard the boat with JB and Slingers. Nice tips there also and fantastic memories. Thanks Digby Fox for sharing the footage and thanks again to RORC, Chris Stone and Louay.
