Delivery Details

Due to the varying size/weight of all out products and where they are being shipped to, delivery costs are calculated after purchase. All costs are passed directly onto the customer with no added mark up.

 

An invoice will be issued to you shortly after and can be paid online. Once paid, the item will be shipped. If you have a question about this, please do not hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Customers should contact us before sending good back to us. Customers will be responsible for return delivery costs, unless goods are faulty.

Warranty

Sailing.Dog offers a 12 month warranty for any defects relating to parts made by Andrew Palfrey, subject to installation as per the instructions.
